Tap into the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Acupuncture, Ayurveda, Yoga and modern psychology to support a life full of health, vitality and a deeper connection with the self. You will be guided by Rachel 500 Hour E-RYT, 200 Hour YACEP, Buti Yoga Master Trainer, 85 hour PRYT, Merge Level II Practitioner, MC:AT, DVATI, and Jessica, Doctor of Acupuncture, TCM herbalist, 300-hour Certified Yoga Teacher and Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist.
Our mission is to revive the mind, body and soul through community and connection. We believe we are born with all we need to navigate this life and all it offers us, our wish is to illuminate the healing path that already lies before you. We are honoured to support those looking for the peace that resides within.

ACCOMMODATION
Each attendee will enjoy three nights in a private room with an en-suite half bath. We have several options for room upgrades, please reach out directly to inquire.
Enjoy professionally catered meals for the duration the retreat. Sanctum prides itself on its high-end meal service prepared by extensively experienced chefs. All dietary needs and restrictions are accommodated for. Attendees will be provided with TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) Herbal Tea, and Cacao for the Ceremony.
